Service Description
Duration: As Clinically Appropriate Therapeutic Home Visit Services provide compassionate, personalized support for individuals, couples, or families who may benefit from receiving care within the comfort and familiarity of their own environment. This service is designed for clients experiencing: Emotional overwhelm Mobility or transportation challenges High stress or stabilization needs Family crises or interventions Grief and bereavement support Post-hospital emotional support Significant life transitions Caregiver exhaustion Situations where in-office attendance may feel emotionally difficult Home visits allow therapeutic support to occur within real-life environments where emotional patterns, family dynamics, stressors, and support systems can be more naturally observed and addressed. Services may include: Individual therapeutic support Family intervention sessions Emotional stabilization Grief support Wellness check-ins Communication rebuilding Coping strategy implementation Caregiver support Leadership wellness support Travel & Extended Time Pricing may increase based on travel distance, extended session duration, after-hours scheduling, or crisis-level intervention needs.
